Design & Consultation Fee Policies
Initial site visits are our way of getting to know you and your property. Secondary visits are sometimes needed for revisions or more accurate measurements. All other meetings, site visits, or consultations are subject to current billable labor rates.
Custom sketches and one-of-a kind property drawings are also subject to current billable design fees. When paid for, the design becomes yours to have and go in any direction you please. Once work is approved and you are placed onto our schedule, the fees are then credited to your estimate as our appreciation for having us transform your property into a desirable, and fully functioning outdoor space.
Upon receiving our preliminary estimate, please note the "Valid Until" date and lend some feedback on your thoughts for going ahead with the work, or maybe phasing it out into manageable, smaller projects. We ask for a Materials Deposit, which ensures your spot on our schedule as a first come, first serve standard of business. Progress payments are required on jobs estimated to last more than one week.
